Conficker virus to strike tomorrow...

The Conficker virus is set to "wake up" tomorrow (April 1) and start sending messages from millions of infected computers.

If your antivirus is turned on, and Microsoft windows is reasonably up-todate (the patch for it came out last October), you should escape any permanent harm.  But you may notice slow connections and a general network sluggishness over the next few days.
