Heyy all!
I recently tol you guys that I was accepted into the Disney College Program and told you I'd let you know if I decided to go. Well I have decided to go! My arrival date is January 28 and I will be there for about 7 months! My departure date is August 15! 5 days before fall classes start here! Looks like no summer break for me, or family vacation. Too bad I really don't care! I'm going to be in Disney World!! I will have a two month Winter Break though-Most of December and most of January!. That's a plus!! Well, I am so stoked!! I'll be expecting you all to come and visit, but I'm sure won't be complaing! I guess I'll talk to you later!

Do you know where you'll be working? Will you be taking classes at the same time? I didn't think it was 7 months long... O_O
And as for summer break, I'm sure you'll have some time to ride the rides... ^_^ Plus you'll only be in freakin' Florida the whole summer! What's better than that?
Do you think if I can wrangle it, David and Adam and I can come visit you for Spring Break?
I know i am working in merchandice. exactly where i have no idea. i dont know what park/resort. i dont know if it will be inside or outside. i wish i knew but i dont find out until i get there. i really cant wait to find out! yes i will be taking classes: 3 disney ones and 1 online course. yeah i know ill have time for fun. im pretty excited about it!
Kacie! of course you guys can come down! youll have to find someplace to stay though becuase they have strict visitation policy-everyone that doesnt live in the apartment that i live in needs to be gone by 1am! the discounts i can get on resorts only come at certain times and i dont know those times. also if i cant get you in for free-because dad and connie want to come down, ed and mom and gma and gpa want to come down w/ jodie haley and veronica, twila and korey, oh and annie wants to come down too-ill be able to get you discounted tickets! the more people that come down the happier ill be!
Discounted tickets are def. fine. ^_^ I wouldn't figure you'd be able to get free ones for non-family members anyway so no pressure. ^.^ And of course we'd find our own place to stay. I imagine they have such a strict policy cause over-excited kids may screw up with 7 months in Disney - but I know you won't. ^_^
Hopefully you're in Epcot - that's my fav. But if you're in a specific resort/hotel we will def. visit/stay in THAT one.
So exciting!
Beware of online courses though! It's easy to miss your assignment days.... (I know!) You'll def. need a good calendar.
Apparently their hotels for people in the program are pretty sweet. I was looking into doing a summer internship there and all the pics I saw were super nice.
