Just a reminder that our new insurance carrier is Aetna. If you need to go to the dr or dentist, please let me know and I will print you a temporary ID card until the new ones come.

It is a bit confusing, as it asks for all family member information. If you need to use this form, and you get confused, let me know...

Uhhh, that's a pain. If you already have a prescription at the grocery, you can have them rewrite it out for you, right? >_>
It's complicated. We're still looking at what we are going to do. If you have to get your prescription refilled in the next few days call Mom after dinner time.
Meanwhile, all of the medical and dental cards are here, so you guys that don't live here need to swing by and pick yours up...
